Figured out cal issue. Clearly you cannot add to Google Cal. So where does it go? To iCal, but under “Other” and “US Holidays”. Super annoying. Go to iCal, manually hit drop down from each event + switch to Google Cal. it will move. Yes have to do it for each booking. They meed to add the option to add to Goog Cal for sure. Or at least email confirms should come in as invites so Google Cal picks it up (like it does with airline bookings, etc).
For how much you pay for this gym…this app will definitely make you want to throw your phone
Equinox App is simply bad. calendar doesn't synch , activities are not recorded, they disappeared…very hard to filter classes by area, clubs or instructors and thats just to name a few. i have rejoined since July last year and have complained 2-3 times but seems nothing is being done. You are better off to stick with the old version!
The app is atrocious. Hard to use, no reliable calendar sync, check-in requires so many clicks (including one mystery click to dismiss a white screen that supposedly would check you in wirelessly - which has never worked in any club in Boston). You should be ashamed. Let’s hope the New CEO cares about technology (which is extremely important to your brand!). One other comment - we have both the Bike and Bike+. The Bike+ has major quality issues - we have had service 4 times in the first year.
I am begging you. This app is a disaster. ALL I ASK is that you fix the calendar sync please!!!! My life is in shambles due to missing this functionality.
